01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules that apply to your use of phpark24.app, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available to registered users of phpark24.

02Eligibility

To register and use phpark24, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Accounts found to be registered by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of placing bets or accessing regulated gaming features. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legal in your specific location before using phpark24.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of phpark24 or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from phpark24 or any other licensed gaming platform under a responsible gaming self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be registered on any national gambling exclusion register that prohibits access to online betting platforms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from gambling, you are not eligible to use phpark24.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one phpark24 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a different name, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending winnings or bonus balances.

Registration Information

When registering at phpark24, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify phpark24 promptly if any of this information changes by contacting our support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpark24 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. phpark24 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact phpark24 immediately at support@phpark24.app.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your phpark24 account at any time by contacting our support team. phpark24 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to verify identity, or any activity that phpark24 considers harmful to the platform or other players.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions at phpark24 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpark24 accepts the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit at phpark24 is ₱100.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly to your phpark24 balance.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay/PESONet may take up to one business day to credit depending on your bank's processing times.
• phpark24 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
• Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account in your own name and verified against the details on your phpark24 account. phpark24 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• phpark24 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above ₱50,000.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from the wagering of bonus funds (after meeting applicable wagering requirements) may be withdrawn.

05Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and esports betting markets at phpark24. Casino game rules are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed when phpark24's system returns a confirmed bet receipt with a unique bet ID. Bets shown as "pending" or "processing" that do not receive a confirmed bet ID should not be considered accepted. phpark24 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human mistake in the oddsmaking process.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

• Minimum single bet stake: ₱50
• Minimum parlay leg stake: ₱50
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event. phpark24 reserves the right to apply betting limits to any market at any time, including at the individual account level for accounts identified as professional or sharper bettors.

Void and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned in full if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the market is closed in error; the odds were published in clear error; or the event is determined to have been subject to match fixing or manipulation. In parlay bets, a voided leg reduces the number of legs and recalculates the combined odds accordingly.

Live In-Play Betting

phpark24 offers live betting on selected sports and esports events. In-play odds move rapidly and phpark24 suspends markets during key moments such as goals, set changes, and injuries. Any bet accepted before a suspension is binding. phpark24 is not responsible for delays in your internet connection that may affect the timing of your in-play bet submission.

Results and Settlement

All bets at phpark24 are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. phpark24 aims to settle all bets within 30 minutes of an official result being confirmed. In the case of a disputed result, settlement may be delayed until the dispute is resolved by the governing body.

06Bonuses and Promotions

phpark24 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. The full terms of each promotion are published on the phpark24 Promotions page and form part of these overall Terms. The following general rules apply to all phpark24 bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player unless otherwise stated. "Per player" means per registered account, verified identity, household, IP address, and payment account.
• All deposit bonuses at phpark24 are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms on the Promotions page.
• Wagering requirements count differently across game types. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements; sports bets count based on the odds of the selection; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the specific promotion terms for the exact contribution rates.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe (usually 7 or 30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• phpark24 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where we believe it has been claimed in bad faith, through bonus abuse, or in breach of any promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your phpark24 account at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at phpark24. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and cheating: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with casino games at phpark24; exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using phpark24 to launder funds from any illegal activity. phpark24 is required to report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities under applicable AML legislation.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes at phpark24, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit bonus structures.
• Bonus abuse: Opening accounts or placing bets primarily to exploit bonus terms rather than for genuine gaming purposes, including using strategies specifically designed to reduce the house edge to near zero during a bonus period.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access phpark24 if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on any event that you have a role in influencing, or any event you have inside information about through improper means.

08Privacy and Data

phpark24 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering at phpark24, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data phpark24 collects includes your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and records of your gaming activity. This data is used to: operate and maintain your phpark24 account; verify your identity and age; process deposits and withdrawals; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; detect and prevent fraud and prohibited conduct; personalise your experience; and communicate important account updates.

phpark24 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions and applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. 09Responsible Gaming

phpark24 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your phpark24 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration. phpark24 will notify you when your session limit is reached and log you out.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from phpark24 for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from phpark24. Self-exclusion is a serious step — it is not reversible for a minimum of 12 months. During self-exclusion, phpark24 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account and will not send you promotional communications.
• Reality check notifications: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have staked in the current session.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpark24 and its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use phpark24, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the phpark24 platform due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including telecommunications failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Any losses resulting from bets placed based on information obtained from third-party sources, including sports news, analysis, or tips.
• Any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the transmission of data between your device and phpark24's servers that affects the outcome of a bet or game session.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phpark24's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

In any event, phpark24's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of phpark24 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Amendments to These Terms

phpark24 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will:

• Post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Send a notification to your registered email address summarising the key changes.
• Display a notice on the phpark24 platform informing you that the Terms have been updated.

Your continued use of phpark24 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment to the Terms, you must stop using phpark24 and close your account. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically so that you are always aware of your rights and obligations as a phpark24 user.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, phpark24 encourages you to contact our customer support team at support@phpark24.app to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Our support team handles account and betting disputes seven days a week and aims to resolve most queries within 24 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, phpark24 will cooperate in good faith with any mediation or arbitration process initiated under applicable Philippine dispute resolution frameworks.

phpark24's gaming licence and regulatory obligations are governed by the applicable Philippine gaming authority. If you believe phpark24 has acted in a manner inconsistent with its regulatory obligations, you may raise a complaint with the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory body.
